At Lamorinda Jewish Preschool, our aim is to:

- Encourage self-confidence and individuality by helping young children enhance their learning, communication, and socialization abilities in a warm and supportive preschool setting.

- Provide a preschool curriculum geared to the unique and developing interests of each child, recognizing that every child learns and grows in their own way.
- Create a setting rich in educational materials and resources, with a caring and highly qualified staff, a developmentally appropriate program, and activities that are both teacher-guided and child-initiated.
- Provide rich and meaningful Jewish preschool experiences, including education about Jewish holidays, traditions, music, Hebrew language, and the Hebrew alphabet.
- Communicate to parents the philosophy, goals, and programs of Lamorinda Jewish Preschool while providing opportunities for parent involvement, partnership, and education.
- Enrich our preschool program by utilizing community resources and experienced professionals in the field of early childhood education to create a meaningful and engaging learning experience for every child.
